After submitting a request for information, a franchise representative will contact you to discuss your experience, financial qualification and answer initial questions.
You will complete a Personal Profile form that provides background information about you that helps us customize our investigation process to your needs and anticipate your questions. The Personal Profile does not obligate you in any way.
We invite you to a conference call meeting including an in-depth review of our franchise offering, business model, market opportunity, performance of existing locations and identify your potential territory.
We will schedule a second phone conference to review the legal relationship between you and the franchise company, including an estimate of the initial investment, fees paid while operating the franchise, an overview of our support services and a representation of the financial performance of currently operating units.
When comfortable with your review of the information, you will complete and submit a formal application and personal financial statement. There is no cost associated with submitting your application. Upon receipt we will discuss how the investment will be made, how your company will be structured and who will constitute the management team.
The last step before acceptance is attending a Discovery Day at our Corporate Office in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You will meet the owners and management team in-person and review the operations. This is also your opportunity to evaluate our corporate culture and ask any questions about the franchise that remain.
Following Discovery Day, we will make a decision regarding your application. Upon mutual agreement, All Star will prepare franchising agreements for you and your territory and send all documents to you for execution.
